“VisaPro” refers to “Consultant”, “Consultants” and terms “we”, “us” and “our” apply to VisaPro.
“Client” means “you” and includes your dependants, any client of yours or third party visiting our website or acquiring our consulting services.
“Services” mans the provision of our services for the purposes of providing immigration advice services as stated in our website and personal consultancy plans sent to client.
“Product” refers to various consulting packages offed to our client.
“Service offering” refers to customized detail of products offered to client.
“Scope” means our services are limited only to the extent of product selected by the client.
“Services included” means list of services provided to the client in selected consulting package
“Initial assessment & orientation” means and include general and specific assessment of client eligibility against the required country admission and entry requirements.
“Talk to a consultant” means client reserve a time with consultant and get answers for his questions only. It is merely questions answers session with no responsibility on part of consultant.
“Admission support package” means and includes services, support, guidance, and advice provided to get you admitted in best suited university based on your case scenario. It does not mean assurance or guarantee that admission is confirmed. Consultants need to follow the relevant university admission guidelines.
“Visa support package” means and includes services, support, guidance, and advice provided to make you ready to acquire visa of respective country. It does not mean assurance or guarantee that you will certainly get the visa. Consultants need to follow guidelines provided by respective country’s visa policies and ensure all legal requirements has been fulfilled.
“Arrival support package” means and includes services, support, guidance, and advice provided to help you adapt to respective country. It does not mean assurance or guarantee that your will be provided job or accommodation from consultant. Assistance is provided on how to register for public institutions and acquire services.
When communicating with us through email you agree to the electronic means of communication. You also acknowledge that all contracts, notification, information, and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. We will communicate with you by e-mail. WhatsApp support is available as per client selection of services.
In initial assessment and orientation, you will be asked series of question to check your eligibility against desired country requirements. It determines whether you are eligible for a certain course and visa category. We reply solely on the information provided and assume the provided information is correct and complete. We will not verify the information provided by the client. The advice given to you may not be used by anyone as their circumstances may be different and subsequently results in different advice. Therefore, our service packages are case basis and customized. After initial assessment a customized service offering will be made to the client.

Services will be terminated immediately if client:
We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of our obligation or for delay caused by the events outside our reasonable control including without limitation, act of God, government action, war, national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, fire, floods, health emergencies, pandemic, strikes or other industrial action of whatever nature. Our liability is deemed to be suspended for that period that the event in question continues and we shall have extension of time to perform our services after the event has ended.
